  • Customer Manager

    RetailPoint's customer management tools allow retailers to easily create profiles for each of their customers. Profile information may include contact information, shipping information, profile pictures, tax exempt status, and more. Pricing controls enable you to give specific customers special pricing levels or discounts that are automatically applied during checkout. Simple controls enable retailers to set-up in-store credit accounts, with configurable limits, for trusted customers.

  • Membership/Loyalty Cards

    A loyalty card program is a great way strengthen your company's brand recognition, reward loyal customers, and allow you to market goods or services much more effectively.

    How it works

    Retailers can give their customers the option to enroll in the companies loyalty card program. Only a name is required to enroll in the program, retailers can elect to collect other information such as mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.. After required information is collected, customers will receive a loyalty card (may also be described as - VIP card, Member Card, Discount Card, etc.). This loyalty card can be used to receive special discount pricing on some or all of the items within the store, or chain of stores. The information provided by cardholders combined with spending trends and sales history, provides invaluable information that can be used for direct marketing efforts. RetailPoint software and loyalty card service provides retailers all the tools necessary to deliver a well executed loyalty card program, that will keep customers returning time and time again.

  • Accept Returns

    RetailPoint enables retailers to easily configure how their store would like to handle returned items, and what employee security groups should have access to the "Returns" functionality. Retailers can configure RetailPoint POS software to accept returns with or without a receipt. Each time a returned item is received, the date, time, customer, payment method, and employee that accepted the return is recorded. Any refund can be easily applied to a store gift card.

    Optional refund payment methods include credit card refund, debit card refund, or cash refund. Refunds are tracked daily, and are included on the X-out and Z-out end of day reports.
